Rob Robbins- Founder/Co-Owner

Rob graduated from Blackford High School in 1976 and then attended Ball State University on a baseball scholarship. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology and then played for 2 years in the St. Louis Cardinals baseball organization as a pitcher. He returned to Ball State to earn his Masters Degree in Secondary Education. Rob has been an Industrial Technology teacher at Shenandoah Middle School for 29 years. He founded Rob’s Shirt Shack, an apparel and sporting goods company in 1996. He sold his company to BGR Enterprises, a venture capital company in 2007. In 2009, Rob’s Shirt shack was renamed Robbins Apparel. Rob continues to work as the CEO for Robbins Apparel.

Karen graduated from Blackford High School in 1973 and then attended Ball State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics in 1978. Karen went on to earn her Masters Degree in Secondary Education in 1983. Karen is now retired from Wilson Middle School after 30 years as a mathematics teacher. She has been with Rob’s Shirt Shack and Robbins Apparel since its inception in 1996.

Kelly is a 2002 graduate of Delta High School and also graduated from Ball State University in 2006 with a bachelor degree in Organizational Communication. Kelly was a three sport athlete in high school and continues to play in organized competition in multiple sports: golf and basketball mostly. His current position enables him to stay connected to sports and coaches through a different avenue than actually playing the game. After graduation, he was employed by CS Kern as a Sales Representative. In January, 2009, Kelly accepted the position as Director of Sales at Robbins Apparel. In February 2011, Kelly was promoted to his current position as President.

Mallory is a 2023 graduate of Delta High School and is a Junior at Ball State University studying Business Administration. She helps with embroidery, team uniform decorations, and webstores.
